Welcome to Korevio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://korevio.com (the "Site") and the services offered by WebVehicle, LLC ("WebVehicle, LLC," "Korevio," "we," "us," or "our"). Korevio is a product and trade name of WebVehicle, LLC. By accessing the Site, joining our waitlist, submitting our forms, or otherwise interacting with our services, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
WebVehicle, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company providing Korevio, a nutrition and fitness coaching software platform for weekly check-ins, habit tracking, macros, and video feedback. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when joining our waitlist or communicating with us.
Korevio may operate a waitlist and early-access program. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the software and does not create an obligation on WebVehicle, LLC to provide services. Pricing, features, and availability may change prior to general release.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated transactional and informational SMS text messages from Korevio (operated by WebVehicle, LLC), including waitlist and early-access updates, account and onboarding notifications, and customer support responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email or phone number listed in these Terms. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, or have the authority of the account holder to consent to receive SMS messages.
Where paid services are offered, fees, billing cycles, and any applicable discounts will be presented to you before purchase. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
WebVehicle, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or cancel any account for behavior that is unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site or services or interfere with their normal operation.
All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos, and methodologies, is the property of WebVehicle, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebVehicle, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebVehicle, LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to WebVehicle, LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebVehicle, LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Christian County, Missouri, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
